Ingvar Villido Ishwarananda: Founder of Practical Consciousness
Ingvar Villido, a spiritual teacher and yogi from Estonia is the founder of Practical Consciousness and trainer of the certified teachers. He has taught the practical use of consciousness since 1992. More than 30,000 people worldwide have attended his lectures, events, and courses.
Practical Consciousness system teaches people to live without disturbing thoughts and emotions, to access the qualities of consciousness, and live in a state of flow. Ishwarananda’s teachings also go deeper into the mysteries of Kriya Yoga and Ishwarananda Yoga, for the full flowering of human potential. He wrote Practical Consciousness: Freeing Yourself from Emotional Addiction to Live A More Joyful Life to help people find emotional freedom on their journey of transformation.

Having been in business for more than ten years, I realized that buying another apartment or a car didn’t inspire me anymore. I wanted to be able to manage myself and my mood, instead of sitting in a rollercoaster seat and completely surrendering to someone else’s scenario of events. For a couple of years, after studying various books in the field of psychology and personal growth, I managed to move forward a little. The overall picture was still messy and missing a lot of pieces. And then, magically, on my life path, I met Ingvar Villido, on whose course I ended up in autumn of 2017. At that moment, the magic of understanding the essence of what I was looking for finally happened. I received answers to many questions and radically changed my direction in life. I have already sold all the businesses I had, my life schedule has changed dramatically, my priorities and interests have changed. And most importantly, I understood how to get out of the ride and become an outside observer of the roller coaster without getting involved into the process itself.
