Stabilization at the Level of Self and Consciousness
You have already taken several meaningful steps by participating in Practical Consciousness courses and practicing. Now take the next one: deepen further, explore, understand, see connections, find renewed inspiration, and consciously cultivate the peac
Have you noticed that peace, clarity, and understanding do not arise when life finally “works out,” but in the moment of being yourself?
This is where the focus of the 2026 Advanced Studies begins – stabilization at the Level of the Self and Consciousness. It is a webinar-based in-depth practice for those who are no longer learning techniques, but living from this place.
The program is structured as a coherent journey consisting of 11 webinars, held regularly throughout the year. Each session opens one essential link, supporting you to:
- see where and how focus is lost,
- learn to distinguish without effort,
- bring automatisms and reactive patterns into awareness,
- use thought as a tool rather than an identity,
- act from clarity instead of experiential states,
- and mature into stability where persistence replaces seeking.
“Abiding in the Self means that the experience of oneself becomes the priority.”
All questions that arise during your practice can be submitted and will be addressed in the following sessions.
ESTABLISHING THE PERSPECTIVE:
“True spiritual work begins with you, not with thoughts”
20.01.2026
An opening webinar that sets the axis for the entire year. We explore why true spirituality does not begin with beliefs, experiences, or methods, but with the perspective from which a person experiences themselves. The distinction between the level of Self and the level of consciousness is clarified, and participants learn to notice when the practitioner actually “disappears” into the practice.
THE MECHANICS OF LOSING AND RESTORING FOCUS:
“The anatomy of self-forgetting – how and why focus is lost”
17.02.2026
A detailed overview of the mechanisms of self-forgetting: thoughts, immersion into experience, energy movements, and reactions. Learning to see how one disappears before noticing it. A practical approach to restoring focus without effort.
THE PRINCIPLE OF DISCERNMENT:
“Discernment as a prerequisite for freedom”
10.03.2026
Practical training in discernment: thought ≠ me, emotion ≠ me, state ≠ me. Without discernment, conscious choice is not possible. In this module, discernment is trained clearly, calmly, and repeatedly in everyday situations.
MAKING AUTOMATICITY VISIBLE:
“Counter-reactions reveal the subconscious”
07.04.2026
How learned counter-reactions unconsciously guide a person. Learning to read reactions as information, not as a problem. Interrupting automatism without fighting it. Recognizing false constructions in practice.
THE TRUE PLACE OF THOUGHT:
“Wise thinking – thought as a tool, not a ruler”
12.05.2026
The role of thought in the functioning of consciousness. How the first thought takes one out of the level of Self. Learning to think wisely — not quickly, but appropriately. Using thought as a function, not as an identity.
THE TRUE POTENTIAL OF FEAR:
“Fear as a force – not an obstacle”
09.06.2026
Fear as energy, not a problem. We explore internal and external fear stimuli and learn how, at the level of Self, fear does not need to be overcome or removed. Transforming the energy of fear into stability and presence.
PURIFYING INTENTION:
“From impulse of intention to clear direction”
18.08.2026
Discernment between intention, desire, and impulse. How to maintain clarity in intention without effort. The power of intention as holding direction, not demanding results. A practice that reduces inner dispersion.
ACTION AT THE LEVEL OF SELF:
“Action in flow – wise action without strain”
15.09.2026
What distinguishes “flow” from experience? Learning to act from the level of Self and consciousness: clear decision, simple movement, without inner noise. Flow as a state that arises as a result of clarity, not as the outcome of searching.
INNER MATURITY:
“Maturity vs. striving”
06.10.2026
Maturity as stability, not effort. Decisiveness, steadfastness, and responsibility without rigidity. An explanation of the practitioner’s stages of development: where maturity begins and where seeking ends.
RETURNING TO THE BEGINNING:
“Silence as readiness”
10.11.2026
Silence not as a state, but as a perspective. Returning to the viewpoint of Self and readiness for a deeper yogic path. This is not an end, but the beginning of a new level. Clarifying when a person is ready not to add, but to remain.
INTEGRATIVE QUESTIONS & ANSWERS SESSION:
“Abiding clarity in practice”
08.12.2026
An open yet guided Q&A session based grounded on practice. Questions do not scatter attention, but deepen discernment. Practitioners’ real-life situations and explanations from the acharya perspective.
