Uuringus osales enam kui 630 Practical Consciousness&#8217;i I-V kursuste l\u00e4binut \u00fcle Eesti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Practical Consciousness&#8217;i kursustest on k\u00f5ige enam l\u00e4bitud I-st ja II-st kursust. Hinnang Practical Consciousness&#8217;i koolitusele v\u00f5rreldes teiste koolitustega on vastanute tagasiside p\u00f5hjal v\u00f5rdlemisi positiivne ning suureneb iga k\u00f5rgema kursuse l\u00f5ikes. Enamuse kursustel osalejate jaoks vastasid kursused nende ootustele v\u00f5i \u00fcletasid ootusi. Koolituselt saadud teadmiste ja oskuste kasutatavust igap\u00e4evategevustes\/argielus hindas praktiliseks \u00fcle 80% osalenutest ning iga k\u00f5rgema kursuse tasemega t\u00f5usevad kursuste praktilisuse hinnangud. \u00dcle poole vastanutest kasutab koolitusel \u00f5pitud teadmisi ja tehnikaid peaaegu iga p\u00e4ev v\u00f5i tihemini.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Umbes 2\/3 kursuste l\u00e4bijatest soovitaks Practical Consciousness&#8217;i koolitust k\u00f5igile. Kursuse k\u00f5ige suuremaks m\u00f5juks v\u00f5ib pidada enesejuhtimise v\u00f5ime paranemist, \u00f5nnelikkust, \u00fcldise elukvaliteedi t\u00f5usu ning stressitaseme langust.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h2 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 34; line-height: 1.47;\" data-fontsize=\"34\" data-lineheight=\"49.98px\">Ajendus osalemiseks Practical Consciousness&#8217;i koolitustel<\/h2>\n<p>Rahulolu-uuringust selgus, et peamiseks ajendiks kursustel osalemiseks oli vajadus lahendada elus tekkinud probleeme \u2013 depressioon, lein, \u00fcle\u00fcldine eluga hakkamasaamine jne. Lisaks t\u00f5id vastajad v\u00e4lja \u00fcle\u00fcldist huvi ja uudishimu kursusel \u00f5petatud teemade ja tehnikate vastu, enesearendamist, kursuste soovitamist s\u00f5prade\/tuttavate poolt ning reklaami meedias. j\u00e4rgmise taseme kursusel. Eelistatuimate j\u00e4rel\u00f5ppe vormidena t\u00f5id vastanud esile osalemise kursuse lisap\u00e4eval.<\/p>\n<p>Kursustel \u00f5pitud teadmisi ja oskusi peetakse v\u00e4ga praktiliseks, mida saab igap\u00e4eva tegevustes edukalt kasutada. K\u00f5ige praktilisemaks peavad \u00f5pitut V kursusel osalenud vastajad. Ligi 60% vastanutest praktiseerib tehnikaid igap\u00e4evaselt v\u00f5i peaaegu iga p\u00e4ev ning vaid 8% ei kasuta antud tehnikaid \u00fcldse.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5ige rohkem kasutatakse igap\u00e4evaselt, mitmeid kordi p\u00e4evas \u00f5pitud teadmisi ja oskuseid mineviku ja tuleviku probleemidest vabanemiseks, stressist vabanemiseks, keskendumisv\u00f5ime parandamiseks ning heaolu taastamiseks. K\u00f5ige v\u00e4hem kasutatakse tehnikaid haiguste leevendamiseks, mida 30% vastajatest ei tee \u00fcldse. Keskmisest rohkem kasutavad \u00f5pitud tehnikaid mehed. Tipp- v\u00f5i keskastmejuhid nt stressist vabanemiseks, ettev\u00f5tjad ja naised heaolu taastamiseks. Samuti on tehnikate kasutamine suurem nende hulgas, kes on just hilisemad kursusel osalejad, ehk l\u00e4binud koolituse viimase 6 kuu jooksul.<\/p>\n<p>Kursuste k\u00f5ige suuremaks m\u00f5juks v\u00f5ib pidada enesejuhtimise v\u00f5ime paranemist, \u00f5nnelikkust, \u00fcldise elukvaliteedi t\u00f5usu ning stressitaseme langust. \u00dcldise elukvaliteedi t\u00f5usu puhul pidasid vastajad ennek\u00f5ike silmas paremat arusaama ning kontrolli enda ning oma emotsioonide \u00fcle ning rahu, rahulolu ja \u00f5nnelikkustunnet. 1\/4 inimestest on leidnud, et neil ei ole enam negatiivseid emotsioone.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-4\" style=\"text-transform:none;\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #c12026;\"><strong>K\u00f5ige tihedamini kasutatakse koolitusel \u00f5pitud teadmiseid ja oskuseid\u00a0keskendumisv\u00f5ime parandamiseks. 68% vastanutest kasutab teadmiseid ja oskuseid konfliktsituatsioonist v\u00e4ljumiseks.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Tagasiside koolituse m\u00f5jul elus toimunud suurimatest muutusest<\/h3>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Aru saamine teadlikkusest. Seega tekkis ka rohkem aega. Asjad saavad kiirelt tehtud ja ebaolulised asjad j\u00e4tan teadlikult k\u00f5rvale.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Leian elus rohkem positiivset, ega lase negatiivsusel ennast segada.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Depressioon on taandunud. N\u00f6 madalaid perioode pole enam. \u00dchtlane, stabiilne seisund on kasvanud alates esimesest Practical Consciousness kursusest poolteist aastat tagasi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ma ei l\u00e4he enam n\u00e4rvi nii, et ma ei suuda oma emotsioone kontrolli all hoida. Olen rahulikum, tasakaalukam, ei satu konfliktidesse. Suudan paremini keskenduda ja uusi asju selgeks \u00f5ppida ja meelde j\u00e4tta. Seda peegeldab ennek\u00f5ike osalejate k\u00f5rge rahulolu koolituste tasemega ning k\u00f5rge osalus j\u00e4rgnevate tasemete kursustel.
