Uuringud t\u00f5epoolest kinnitasid seda seost.<\/p>\n<p>Seej\u00e4rel j\u00e4tkati t\u00e4psemaid uuringud. N\u00e4iteks aastal 2005 v\u00f5eti Kuopio \u00fclikoolis vaatluse alla naised, kes olid saadetud haiglasse rinnast biopsia v\u00f5tmiseks. N\u00e4iteks 1975. aastast v\u00f5ib leida Londoni King&#8217;s College teadlaste t\u00f6\u00f6, kus v\u00f5eti vaatluse alla rinnabiopsiale suunatud naiste &#8220;ps\u00fchholoogilised erip\u00e4rad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Eesti geneetiku j\u00e4reldoktorantuur avas skisofreenia ja kehakaalu ringm\u00e4ngu<br \/>\nTulemused viitasid, et biopsia j\u00e4rgselt v\u00e4hidiagnoosi saanud naistele oli v\u00f5rreldes v\u00e4hidiagnoosi mittesaanutega k\u00e4itumuslikult omane &#8220;ebanormaalne emotsioonide avaldumine&#8221;, mis v\u00e4ljendus noorematel patsientidel &#8220;tugevalt allasurutud vihana&#8221; v\u00f5i vanematel patsientidel &#8220;muude allasurutud emotsioonidega&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Laboritingimustes on kasutatud ka otsesemaid meetodeid, kus katseklaasidesse lisati tavaliste tervete rakkude juurde stressihormoonide segusid ning uuriti nende m\u00f5ju rakkude jagunemisele. Ajalooliselt on katseklaasitulemusi k\u00fcll olnud v\u00e4ga keeruline inimeste kehades toimuvale \u00fcle viia, kuid ka siin viitasid tulemused, et stressihormoonidel on normaalsetele rakkudele v\u00e4hi arengut toetav toime.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f5endusmaterjali hulk kroonilise stressi ja v\u00e4hi tekke vahel on ajas olnud kasvav ning seda erinevate v\u00e4hiliikide puhul. N\u00fc\u00fcdseks on teada, et stressihormoonide negatiivne m\u00f5ju ei oma rolli \u00fcksnes v\u00e4hi tekkel, vaid krooniline stress v\u00f5ib soodustada nii v\u00e4hi kasvamist, metastaseerumist kui ka takistada ravi toimimist. L\u00f5plike j\u00e4relduste tegemiseks on vajalik uuringutega j\u00e4tkata ning seda teadusgrupid \u00fcle maailma ka teevad.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"text-transform:none;\"><h3 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Kuidas kroonilist stressi kontrolli alla saada?<\/h3>\n<p>Stress on loomulik elu osa, kuid paraku v\u00f5ib seda ellu sattuda liialt suures koguses. WHO on stressiga toimetulekuks andnud terve rea soovitusi ning kokku pannud ka vastava <a href=\"https:\/\/iris.who.int\/bitstream\/handle\/10665\/355276\/WHO-EURO-2022-361-40096-64792-est.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">praktilise juhendi<\/a>. USA ja kogu maailma \u00fcks juhtivaid v\u00e4hikeskuseid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdanderson.org\/publications\/focused-on-health\/how-stress-affects-cancer-risk.h21-1589046.html#:~:text=Stress%20hormones%20can%20inhibit%20a,of%20cancerous%20tumors%2C%20he%20adds.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MD Anderson<\/a> soovitab kroonilise stressi korral otsida abi ps\u00fchholoogidelt v\u00f5i ps\u00fchhiaatritelt ning tuua argip\u00e4eva sisse isegi jooga v\u00f5i meditatsioonipraktikad.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f5ned kuud tagasi USA ps\u00fchholoogide hulgas tehtud k\u00fcsitluse tulemused n\u00e4itasid aga, et enam kui pool neist ei v\u00f5ta \u00fclekoormuse t\u00f5ttu vastu uusi patsiente ning neil, kes veel v\u00f5tavad, on ooteajad v\u00e4hemalt kolm kuud.<\/p>\n<p>Sama tendentsi v\u00f5ib m\u00e4rgata ka meil Eestis. Ps\u00fchholoogide ja ps\u00fchhiaatrite ootej\u00e4rjekorrad on pikad ning inimesed otsivad oma koormavate m\u00f5tete ja tunnetega toime tulekuks \u00fcha enam abi mujalt. Samal ajal ei tasu neid tulemusi lihtsalt ootama j\u00e4\u00e4da, vaid on m\u00f5istlik juba praegu krooniliseks muutunud stressiga tegeleda. Kroonilise stressi kontrolli alla saamisega paraneks m\u00e4rgatavalt argip\u00e4evane elukvaliteet ja kui selle taustal taanduvad ka pikaajalised terviseriskid, on see vaid
