Tore, et arutellu on lisandunud \u00f5petajate karj\u00e4\u00e4rimudeli k\u00fcsimus, kuna sellel on oluline roll v\u00e4lise motivatsiooni tekitamisel, et meie koolid ei j\u00e4\u00e4ks ilma headest \u00f5petajatest ning oleks tagatud pealekasv uute ja innukate haridusandjate n\u00e4ol.<\/p>\n<p>Palju v\u00e4hem on seejuures r\u00e4\u00e4gitud aga \u00f5petaja sisemisest ressursist ehk stressiga seotud teemadest. On \u00fcldtuntud fakt, et Eesti \u00f5petajatest paljud on l\u00e4bi p\u00f5lenud v\u00f5i t\u00f6\u00f6tavad viimase piiri peal. V\u00e4hese rahastusega, suure koormuse ning keeruliste \u00f5ppeolukordade k\u00f5rval on \u00fchiskond \u00f5petajatele esitanud v\u00e4gagi k\u00f5rged emotsionaalsed n\u00f5udmised.<\/p>\n<p>See ei ole probleemiks aga \u00fcksnes siin, Eestis. Uuringute kohaselt seisavad l\u00e4bip\u00f5lemisega silmitsi \u00f5petajad ka mujal Euroopas ja Ameerikas. V\u00f5iks isegi \u00f6elda, et tegemist on nii-\u00f6elda ametiga kaasneva probleemiga. Aga kuidas selle olukorraga siis toime tulla?<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Enda kogemusest<\/h3>\n<p>Maailma Terviseorganisatsioon on v\u00e4lja toonud, et t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00e4simus, \u00e4revus ja depressioon toovad kaasa f\u00fc\u00fcsilise ja vaimse kurnatuse, k\u00fc\u00fcnilisuse ja ebaefektiivsuse. Samuti kaasneb stressiga tihtipeale soovimatus osaleda t\u00f6\u00f6kohas v\u00f5i isiklikus elus toimuvatel \u00fchis\u00fcritustel ehk teatud m\u00f5ttes eraldumine. \u00dchiskond seevastu ootab, et \u00f5petaja oleks r\u00f5\u00f5mus, s\u00f5bralik, j\u00f5uaks k\u00f5iki kuulata, oleks inspireeriv, p\u00fchendunud, ise uudishimulik ja t\u00e4iendaks end pidevalt.<\/p>\n<p>Tihtipeale ongi just emotsionaalsed n\u00f5udmised need, mis v\u00f5ivad saada \u00f5petaja jaoks viimaseks tilgaks karikas. Et sellest ringist v\u00e4ljuda, on ainus lahendustee kasvatada iseendas oskust selle ametiga kaasnevate negatiivsete emotsioonidega toime tulla.<\/p>\n<p>Kui mina ise olen \u00f5petajana \u00e4rritunud, n\u00e4iteks mingi \u00f5ppekorraldusliku teema t\u00f5ttu, ja l\u00e4hen selle emotsiooniga klassiruumi, v\u00f5in \u00fcsna lihtsalt m\u00e4rgata, et mu fookus on tegelikult \u00e4rritusel, sellega seotud m\u00f5tetel ja tunnetel enda sees ning ma ei suuda sama h\u00e4sti keskenduda tegevusele, mis peaks olema minu esmane eesm\u00e4rk, ehk laste \u00f5petamisele.<\/p>\n<p>Ebameeldiva emotsiooni endas kandmist v\u00f5ib v\u00f5rrelda k\u00f5huvaluga \u2013 seni, kuni me valust ei vabane, ei saa keskenduda millelegi muule, mis ei ole valu. \u00abValu\u00bb v\u00f5tab meid n-\u00f6 pantvangi ning \u00fcksnes valust vabanedes saame viia oma t\u00e4helepanu tagasi tegevustele ja objektidele, mida ise valime. Sama on emotsioonidega. Kui \u00f5petaja l\u00e4heb \u00abk\u00f5huvaluga\u00bb ehk negatiivse emotsiooniga klassi ette, siis on \u00fcsna suur v\u00f5imalus, et varem v\u00f5i hiljem kaotab ta kannatuse m\u00f5ne \u00f5pilase suhtes, kellel on samuti \u00abk\u00f5huvalu\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.4; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"33.6px\">Oskused v\u00f5iks tulla juba \u00fclikoolist<\/h3>\n<p>K\u00f5ik, kes on t\u00f6\u00f6tanud teismelistega, teavad kui v\u00e4ikesest s\u00e4demest v\u00f5ib t\u00f5usta suur leek. \u00dcks negatiivne s\u00f5na v\u00f5ib viia konfliktini v\u00f5i luua lapse alateadvusesse negatiivse kogemuse, mille t\u00f5ttu ta hakkab \u00f5petajat kartma, v\u00e4ltima v\u00f5i r\u00fcndama. Niiviisi v\u00f5ime p\u00e4evast p\u00e4eva luua omavahel tihedat ringi nii, kus keegi ei tunne ennast l\u00f5puks h\u00e4sti.<\/p>\n<p>Just seep\u00e4rast oleks oluline pakkuda \u00f5petajatele v\u00f5imalust \u00f5ppida tundma oma sisemaailma. Miks just \u00f5petajatele? \u00d5ppides oma emotsioone \u00e4ra tundma, neid m\u00e4rkama ja m\u00f5istma nende p\u00f5hjuseid ning tagaj\u00e4rgi, saame aru, et k\u00f5ik emotsioonide v\u00e4ljendamise viisid ei ole meile endale ega teistele turvalised, head ega loovad. See \u00e4ratundmine ja oskus on vajalik tegelikult k\u00f5igile t\u00e4iskasvanutele. Kuid \u00f5petajad on selle k\u00f5ige juures ka meie tuleviku loojad \u2013 nende silmade eest ja k\u00e4test k\u00e4ib l\u00e4bi kogu meie tulevik, tulevased \u00f5petajad, arstid, insenerid, kunstnikud, m\u00fc\u00fcjad, koristajad, teenindajad, poliitikud.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d5ppides negatiivsete emotsioonidega paremini toime tulema, saab \u00f5petaja j\u00e4\u00e4da neutraalseks, kui tema vastas on laps, kes seda teha ei oska. Teadvustades, et mina t\u00e4iskasvanuna ei pea tema emotsiooniga kaasa minema ega seda sama tundma, saan lapse turvaliselt l\u00e4bi juhtida emotsionaalsest olukorrast. Siis ei ole ma arst, kes ise k\u00f5huvalu k\u00e4es olles \u00fcritab teise valuga tegeleda, vaid terve arst, kes suudab anal\u00fc\u00fcsida, mis v\u00f5iks olla lapse valu taga. V\u00f5ib-olla m\u00f5tleb ta t\u00fclile, mis tal kodus oli, tunneb ennast solvununa, sest s\u00f5ber \u00fctles halvasti, on k\u00e4rsitu, sest ootab juba s\u00f6\u00f6givahetundi.<\/p>\n<p>Oskus t\u00f5husalt oma emotsioone ise reguleerida v\u00f5iks tulla juba \u00fclikoolist. Kui l\u00e4bip\u00f5lemise oht on ametiga kaasnev, peaks oskus sellega toime tulla olema samuti ametiga kaasnev. Ja nii nagu muud \u00f5petajakoolitused, vajaks seegi oskus l\u00e4bi aastate pidevat t\u00e4iendamist, t\u00e4iustamist, meelde tuletamist. Samuti saab koolijuht kujundada kooli kultuuri ja pakkuda v\u00f5i tellida oma \u00f5petajatele koolitusi, mis aitaks neil leida v\u00f5tteid enda emotsionaalse tervise hoidmiseks.<\/p>\n<h3>On ka teisi viise, kuidas \u00f5petaja saaks ise ennast aidata<\/h3>\n<p>Mina olen enda jaoks avastanud oskuse negatiivseid emotsioone juhtida n\u00e4iteks Practical Consciousness&#8217;i tehnika abil, mis on v\u00f5imaldanud mul j\u00e4\u00e4da oma t\u00f6\u00f6elus terveks ja konfliktide ning l\u00e4bip\u00f5lemise asemel j\u00f5uda teise inimese m\u00f5istmiseni, viljakate vestluste ja m\u00f5nede uute ning ootamatute lahendusteni. Selle, nagu ka mitmete teiste vaimse tervise tehnikate puhul on tegelikult v\u00e4ga konkreetseid ja praktilisi viise, mida pidevalt j\u00e4rgides on \u00f5petajatel v\u00f5imalik oma vaimsesse tervisesse ka ise panustada.<\/p>\n<p>Kahtlemata on \u00f5igustatud k\u00fcsimus, kas osates emotsioone juhtida, kaovad muud probleemid imev\u00e4el \u00e4ra. \u00dclekoormust enam pole, palk tundub \u00e4kitselt piisav, \u00f5pilased tunduvad viisakad ja vanemad koost\u00f6\u00f6altid. Ei, k\u00f5ik need probleemid vajavad endiselt lahendamist. Kuid neid on v\u00f5imalik lahendada nii, et ise seejuures terveks j\u00e4\u00e4d.<\/p>\n<p>Paraneb oskus selle k\u00f5igega toime tulla, vajadusel seada piire, pidada ilma liialt emotsioone lisamata l\u00e4bir\u00e4\u00e4kimisi, hinnata paremini oma t\u00f6\u00f6\u00fclesannete hulka ja v\u00f5imekust nendega toime tulla ja \u00f5ppides selles protsessis m\u00e4rkama pigem lahendusi kui probleeme. Need on oskused, mida \u00f5petaja vajab ja neid on v\u00f5imalik samuti \u00f5ppida!<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcks minu kolleegidest \u00fctles s\u00fcgisel v\u00e4ga tabavalt \u2013 kui astuks \u00f5ige sammu edasi ja ei seaks eesm\u00e4rki, et meil on \u00f5nnelikud \u00f5pilased, vaid eesm\u00e4rk v\u00f5iks olla \u00f5nnelikud ja rahulolevad \u00f5petajad.
