Mitmed uuringud on toonud v\u00e4lja, et jooga aitab v\u00e4hendada stressi, \u00e4revust ja depressiooni. Jooga positiivsete m\u00f5jude t\u00f5ttu on seda hakatud rohkem kaasama ps\u00fchholoogilistesse teraapiatesse ning n\u00e4gema tervisliku eluviisi olulise osana, aidates tugevdada inimese vaimset ja f\u00fc\u00fcsilist heaolu. See asjaolu iseenesest on m\u00e4rkimisv\u00e4\u00e4rne, kinnitades jooga positiivset m\u00f5ju inimestele.<\/p>\n<p>Paraku Eesti enda kultuuris joogalaadse m\u00f5ju ja traditsiooniga praktikaid ei ole. Praktikad, mis toimivad, v\u00f5ivad tulla kaugetest maadest, kuid see ei t\u00e4henda, et nad ei v\u00f5iks Eestis kohanduda nagu omad ning olla t\u00e4ielikult omaks v\u00f5etud ja heaks kiidetud.<\/p>\n<p>Maailmas on hoogu kogumas erinevad inimese meeleseisundile keskenduvad praktikad, mis sisaldavad joogalikke elemente. Eriti populaarseks on saanud meeleteadlikkus (inglise keeles mindfulness) ja ka muud enesearengu meetodid. Ehkki sellist kallakut esineb, ei t\u00e4henda see, et jooga t\u00f5eline olemus oleks kadunud. On palju neid, kes otsivad ja v\u00e4\u00e4rtustavad selle iidse praktika s\u00fcgavamat ja autentsemat olemust.<\/p>\n<p>Jooga pole seotud \u00fchegi konkreetse religiooni, uskumuss\u00fcsteemi ega kogukonnaga, seda on alati k\u00e4sitletud kui sisemise heaolu tehnoloogiat. Jooga on vaimne distsipliin, mis keskendub keha ja meele harmoonia saavutamisele. Sellise protsessiga \u00fchendatakse f\u00fc\u00fcsilised, emotsionaalsed, mentaalsed ja vaimsed aspektid, mis v\u00f5imaldab joogapraktiseerijal kogeda s\u00fcgavat rahu ja eneserealisatsiooni seisundit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4iteks Kriya jooga s\u00fcgavust n\u00e4itab Indiast p\u00e4rit Siddhade traditsioon, mis p\u00f5hineb t\u00e4iuslikkuse saavutanud meistrite \u00f5petustel. \u00d5petus r\u00f5hutab inimese ego puhastamist, mis v\u00f5imaldab liikuda absoluutse teadvuse seisundi, tuntud kui Kaivalya, suunas.<\/p>\n<p>Sellesse traditsiooni kuuluvad ka s\u00fcgavad eetilised p\u00f5him\u00f5tted ning teadvuse omaduste arendamine, mis v\u00f5imaldab inimesel toimida tema parimas kvaliteedis ning \u00fcletada meele ja kehalisi piirangud.
