Kui midagi j\u00e4i segaseks, tekkis tunne, et \u201eminu peal tehnikad ei t\u00f6\u00f6ta\u201c, ei leia \u00fcles emotsioone, siis n\u00fc\u00fcd ongi hea tehnikaid \u00fchiselt harjutada ja saada vahetult tagasisidet.<\/p>\n<p>Igas sessioonis keskendume \u00fchele emotsioonide vabastamise p\u00f5hitehnikale, vaatame \u00fcksikasjalikult l\u00e4bi tehnika sooritamise sammud, klaarime \u00e4ra ebaselgeks j\u00e4\u00e4nud kohad ning lihvime tehnika kasutamist, et see muutuks lihtsaks, t\u00e4pseks ja sujuvaks. Igas sessioonis praktiseerime vastavat tehnikat j\u00e4rjest v\u00e4hemalt 20 minuti jooksul.
